About Our Cedar Rapids Painting Company
Hi, I'm Angie Moore. I started painting full time for my parents' painting company, Genesis Painting, in 2013 when my then-youngest daughter started kindergarten. We had several crews, multiple jobs at once, lots of fun and lots of chaos.
In 2016 my parents decided to close the doors on Genesis Painting, and that is when Full Spectrum Painting was born. I started with a beat-up yellow van, lots of equipment, and lots of experience in what not to do. Right when the company really started taking off, my husband and I found out we were going to have a third baby.
In 2025 both of my parents passed away. From the faith they instilled in me, I carry Full Spectrum Painting forward as their legacy.

Why Hire a Local Cedar Rapids Painter?
A painter who works here every week knows what Iowa does to a coating. Freeze-thaw cycles open up caulk joints. Humid August evenings leave dew on fresh paint. South and west walls take the worst of the sun. Those details decide which primer and finish we specify.
Local also means accountable. The owner is on your job site, our vans are parked in your neighbors' driveways, and if something needs attention next year you call the same number and reach the same person.
Iowa Contractor License #C151236. Member of the Painting Contractors Association and the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance. BBB accredited.
